SEED Program at St. Mary Church – Cleopatra, Alexandria

During August 2026, the Helpees team had the opportunity to deliver our SEED Program – Sexual Education, Enlightenment and Defence at St. Mary Church, Cleopatra, Alexandria.

Throughout the program, we delivered more than 20 interactive workshops designed for:

Elementary school boys and girls

Middle school boys

Middle school girls

SEED is more than a series of sexual awareness lectures. It is a structured and integrated educational program, with workshops that are connected and carefully designed to build age-appropriate knowledge and understanding step by step.

Through games, interactive activities, discussions, questions, and practical situations, children and teens were encouraged to participate, think, ask questions, and learn in an engaging and safe environment.

The workshops focused on providing healthy, positive, and scientifically sound sexual education, while helping children and teens develop greater awareness of body boundaries and safety, protection from sexual harassment, and the risks of exposure to pornography.

At the heart of SEED is the idea of positive enlightenment: giving children and young people the right information, in the right way, and at the right developmental stage.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the priests, servants, and leadership of St. Mary Church, Cleopatra, for their trust, cooperation, and support in bringing SEED to their children and teens.

At Helpees, we look forward to continuing to plant more seeds of awareness, knowledge, and protection in our community. 🌱
