Recognizing the pivotal role women play in every sphere of life, Helpees’ internal events team designed and delivered a thoughtful series of workshops and support gatherings aimed at empowering women and nurturing their well-being. These sessions were specially timed around meaningful occasions, including *Mother’s Day* and *International Women’s Day, while regular **support groups* offered a consistent space for connection and healing.

Held in a safe, welcoming environment, the sessions gave women the opportunity to express their emotions freely, share their personal challenges, and receive the support they need to carry forward their many responsibilities in life.

Our approach combined warmth, creativity, and psychological insight, resulting in events that were not only deeply meaningful but also light-hearted and engaging. Through group discussions, expressive arts, and wellness exercises, participants explored key themes such as:
