To celebrate Helpees’ second anniversary, we dedicated the entire month of June to various surprises and special events. One of the highlights was a full-day training session conducted by the renowned American therapist, Eric Spady, for therapists and psychological specialists in Alexandria.

Held on Tuesday, June 4th, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Deir Al-Rahma (Tito) in Fleming, Alexandria, the training focused on “Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.” The program included four interactive lectures, workshops, and a Q&A session, all with real-time translation services. Lunch was also provided.

Participants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of IFS therapy through engaging and interactive sessions. We were honored to host Eric Spady for the second year in a row and were thrilled with the positive feedback from all attendees.
