DESCRIPTION:Celebrating Three Years of Growth and Impact \nHelpees recently marked its third anniversary with heartfelt appreciation and team-wide celebration. This milestone was not only a joyous occasion but also an opportunity to expand our community impact. During the event\, we proudly introduced a unique educational program—specialized sexual awareness lectures tailored for mothers and their young children (ages 3–6). \nThese sessions were thoughtfully structured to include separate discussions for mothers and children\, followed by a joint interactive activity. The experience provided a safe\, nurturing space to foster communication and awareness\, offering invaluable insights and quality time for all participants. As the event photos reflect\, it was a memorable and enriching day for families and our Helpees team alike. \nWe were especially honored to host Tuna and Nana\, two Cairo-based specialists in early childhood education and emotional development\, who facilitated the “My Body’s Story” workshop. Their engaging and age-appropriate approach made a meaningful impact on both children and parents. Tuna and Nana’s presence added a special warmth to the celebration\, as they joined us in marking this important milestone for Helpees. \nWe remain committed to creating meaningful learning moments and look forward to sharing many more milestones with our community.

When a woman is supported\, an entire generation thrives.” \nRecognizing the pivotal role women play in every sphere of life\, Helpees’ internal events team designed and delivered a thoughtful series of workshops and support gatherings aimed at empowering women and nurturing their well-being. These sessions were specially timed around meaningful occasions\, including *Mother’s Day* and *International Women’s Day\, while regular **support groups* offered a consistent space for connection and healing. \nHeld in a safe\, welcoming environment\, the sessions gave women the opportunity to express their emotions freely\, share their personal challenges\, and receive the support they need to carry forward their many responsibilities in life. \nOur approach combined warmth\, creativity\, and psychological insight\, resulting in events that were not only deeply meaningful but also light-hearted and engaging. Through group discussions\, expressive arts\, and wellness exercises\, participants explored key themes such as: \n\nSelf-care and emotional balance\nBody image and personal worth\nManaging life’s pressures with resilience\n\nThese gatherings became a sanctuary—where laughter\, tears\, and empowerment coexisted. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Participants shared how impactful the sessions were\, emphasizing how valuable it was to dedicate time to themselves and how the experience helped them feel heard\, supported\, and uplifted. \nThe friendly atmosphere\, compassionate facilitation\, and genuine human connection fostered by the Helpees team made every session a source of renewal and strength.

The day ended on a magical note with Santa Claus distributing delightful gifts\, bringing wide smiles and excitement to every child. It was a truly wonderful day full of laughter\, joy\, and heartfelt moments. \n

Hosted at our office\, these interactive workshops were expertly crafted by our dedicated counselors who specialize in child psychology and emotional well-being. \nThe workshops addressed a broad range of vital themes\, including: \n\nEmotional expression and regulation\nBuilding a positive self-image\nFostering self-worth and confidence\nUnderstanding psychological needs\nRecognizing and responding to bullying\nSexual awareness and personal boundaries\n\nSessions were delivered in a safe\, nurturing environment where children were encouraged to engage through storytelling\, role-playing\, games\, and art-based activities. These methods not only kept participants joyfully engaged but also ensured deep and lasting learning experiences. \nThe children responded enthusiastically—laughing\, sharing\, asking questions\, and forming supportive peer connections. Parents provided overwhelmingly positive feedback\, expressing gratitude for the insights their children gained and requesting more sessions in the future. \nThese workshops are a testament to Helpees’ mission to build emotionally aware and psychologically safe generations\, one child at a time.

SUMMARY:Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy
DESCRIPTION:To celebrate Helpees’ second anniversary\, we dedicated the entire month of June to various surprises and special events. One of the highlights was a full-day training session conducted by the renowned American therapist\, Eric Spady\, for therapists and psychological specialists in Alexandria. \nHeld on Tuesday\, June 4th\, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Deir Al-Rahma (Tito) in Fleming\, Alexandria\, the training focused on “Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy.” The program included four interactive lectures\, workshops\, and a Q&A session\, all with real-time translation services. Lunch was also provided. \nParticipants had the opportunity to deepen their understanding of IFS therapy through engaging and interactive sessions. We were honored to host Eric Spady for the second year in a row and were thrilled with the positive feedback from all attendees. \nWe look forward to organizing more enriching events in the future and thank everyone who joined us in celebrating Helpees’ second anniversary.

The event was a resounding success\, with a warm and enthusiastic attendance that enriched our celebration. \nSpecial thanks to Nardine Wahba for the exceptional translation\, ART ISLAND for the beautiful decorations\, and Sandy G. Photography for capturing the event’s highlights.
